We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst Apprentice to work along the Finance Team at our Head Office in Lutterworth. Whilst working within the team you will also be completing an apprenticeship studying for your CIMA qualification or equivalent.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide analytical support to the Business Controlling function. To produce, develop and analyse reports to enable informed decision making by the Finance & Operational teams.

Responsibilities include: 

•    Provide support to the Business Controllers to deliver the monthly Regional Performance Review Packs. 
•    Completion of monthly financial reconciliations and analysis. 
•    Provide support to the Business Controllers to deliver the monthly forecast process. 
•    Production of daily, weekly & monthly business reports and KPIs. 
•    Ensure reporting provided meets business requirements, using this information to recommend actions to improve performance with key stakeholders. 
•    Support with periodic report submissions. 
•    Ad hoc data gathering and reporting as required. 

The ideal candidate will have/be: 

•    IT literate, competent with intermediate Excel functions. 
•    Methodical and logical in approach and able to work under pressure. 
•    Good communications skills and able to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines. 
•    Professional and energetic individual, keen to learn new tasks, take ownership and drive improvements in processes and reporting.
