Business Controller/Sales Analyst 10% bonus £55-60k.

The main purpose of the position is to undertake Business Control duties that contribute to reach the overall operational and financial goals for the Sales cluster and Sales Area. Through fulfilling all the main responsibilities, this role will support the execution of key activities and ensuring the performance according to expectation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
– Period end Reports & analysis – Commentary on period performance, performing recurring analysis & present findings.
– Business Partnering – Contribute and advice in the management team. Build strong relationships and network with key stakeholders.
– Perform analysis & monitoring – Continuously monitoring of business performance and provide proactive ad-hoc analysis of current issues.
– Provide recommendations & drive decision making – Input financial and business perspective on all operational issues. Support key business decisions with fact-based analysis and simulation.
– Drive performance management – Structured way of identifying improvement potential, agree upon activities and follow-up result.
– Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting – Business planning activities with different horizons
– Contribute to Business control community – Contribute to networks in Business control by sharing knowledge & good practices and support competence development.
-Credit Control – Secure compliance with the credit policy. Set, update and maintain credit limits and risk categories according to policy.
