We’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of selling a wide portfolio of market research, business intelligence and marketing services to c-suite Executives.

The Role:

In the Business Development Manager role you’ll be primarily responsible for the full sales cycles to win new business and deliver on targets set.

You’ll report to the Head of Sales and you’ll spend part of the working week in the company’s London office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

– Planning and execution of sales strategy to successfully identify and win new business

– New business development within the defined territory

– Selling and discussing business requirements with C-suite Executives in small & mid-sized companies


The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Business Development Director role will have relevant experience of selling a wide portfolio of market research, business intelligence and marketing services to c-suite Executives.

You’ll also need experience of successful new business ideally within the tech/finance/healthcare industries.

Plus, it’s vital that you’ve got experience of business intelligence/market research subscriptions.

In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following:

– 10 years experience within business development

– Fantastic relationship management skills

– A hungry and ambitious nature

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

– An individual who has a detailed understanding of the buyer journey and can lead complex, multi-party sale in a highly consultative manner

– Motivated, smart, persistent, and enjoy being part of dynamic growing team

– Positive in your approach and proactive in your work

The Package:

Basic salary:  £35,000 – £40,000 per annum depending on experience

Bonus:  A personal bonus of  £24,000 per annum is also available if you hit your individual targets within the first year (uncapped).
