They now have a new vacancy for a Sales & Business Development Manager to join their rapidly growing team. An experienced Business Development professional with previous experience of new product launch, you will define & execute the sales and distribution strategy to maximise market share and will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers.
Commutable from: Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford, Coventry, Birmingham, Oxford, Banbury.
Salary: £85,000 to £ 100,000 p.a. + benefits

Achieve Sales & Gross Margin metrics in line with business objectives
Define and execute sales and distribution strategy to meet business objectives, with the related execution plan and organisation structure.
Define and manage portfolio of prospective and actual customers to ensure full market coverage
Provide leadership to Sales team members, including Application Engineers
Define & execute customer / segment specific strategies to win market share
Identify & track new business opportunities
Define global competitor landscape by country where applicable, working with other business functions to ensure a competitive pricing to support market share growth
Deliver price growth in line with business objectives and market potential
Continually assess business operation to implement industry leading practice, that delivers lean but effective operating that can meet and exceed customer expectations
Represent sales operations for business planning and performance tracking activities, working alongside other business functions and team members to deliver business objectives

Proven track record of developing a distribution network
Strategic thinker with track record in executing related action plans
Good relationship builder
Customer focused approach with result’s orientated,’ can do’ attitude.
Commercial acumen to assess and analyse market potential
Effective communicator at all levels of customer and Dana organisation
Appropriate language skills
Minimum of 5 years in manager / leadership position
Ideally has also worked in a Small, Medium Enterprise (SME) and is able to demonstrate the ability to ‘roll their sleeves up’ and personally get things done as part of a small team.
