The King’s Sport and Wellness team deliver unique sport and wellness experiences, to unite our communities and optimise our people and the potential to achieve – to make the world a better place.

The Business Operations Manager (Sports and Wellness) will lead on the operational and commercial aspects of the King’s sport portfolio. The group of grounds, facilities and gyms spans across various London campuses and provides stakeholders with state-of-the-art facilities for their personal and professional fitness needs.

The post holder will assume responsibility for the operational budgets, including full P+L accountability for various departments, providing good value for money whilst delivering financial expectations. You will lead a team that provides outstanding levels of customer service to various stakeholders. You will work closely with various stakeholders including the facilities management and engineering teams to deliver a safe place to spend to time in. With so many commercial opportunities across the various sites, you will lead on the strategy to increase the commercial offering to students and staff, adding to the commercial budget.

Ideally, the candidate will come from an industry focused on the sport or leisure sector in some guise inclusive of the fitness, higher education or wider sporting sectors.
