We are looking for a Customer Acquisition Agent to join our vibrant finance team based in the beautiful Birchwood Business Park in Warrington. Customer Acquisition Agent Benefits:

Customer Acquisition Agent Role:

You will be making life easier for the customer, spending time making sure they are making the right decision on the finance package they have chosen, helping them understand the financial and legal implications of what they are doing and have the support they need through the whole process.

Some of the roles will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers and dealers
  • Completing income and expenditure calls with customers to gain accurate monthly outgoings information and ensure the repayments will be sustainable
  • Ensuring all the information is accurately recorded
  • Provide full explanation of the services and guide them through the finance agreement, confirming that the loan repayments are affordable

Customer Acquisition Agent Package:

  • Salary between (phone number removed)
  • OTE’s between 5,500 – 7,000 per year. Extra 350-450 per month
  • Monday – Friday. 7.5 hours between 9am-8pm
  • Hybrid working opportunities. 2 days in office, 3 from home.
  • 1 Saturday per month. 9-5
  • 1 Sunday every 6 weeks. 10-4

(Note: Weekends shifts are always worked from home and a weekend shift always means that you get a day off in the week. You are also able to swap over your weekend shifts if the day does not suit you).

Progression:

There are 3 salary bandings

  • Trainee banding: 22,000 – 24,000
  • Core banding: 24,000 – 26,000
  • Senior banding: 26,000 – 28,000

After 12 months as a trainee, you progress up a banding to the core banding salary package.

After that, another 6-12 months and you can be promoted to senior banding salary package.

Requirements:

  • Positive and hardworking attitude
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Are experienced in working in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Have ideally worked in a regulatory environment and understand Treating the Customer Fairly
  • Have outstanding communication skills – they need to be able to use conversational and questioning techniques
  • Are team players and want to achieve results that benefit our customers, our broker network and the business
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Graduates preferred but no essential
