This role will be managing a large team who receive inbound calls and this position is located in Keynsham. Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Manager:

  • Managing a team of 5 Team Leaders and 54 Agents
  • Analysing and identifying areas to make incremental improvements to customer service
  • Conducting regular team briefings and managing team performance
  • Liaising with IT on process and system development opportunities
  • Supporting and developing an OMNI channel to suit all customer requirements and needs

Key Skills of a Customer Service Manager:

  • Previous experience as a senior customer Team Leader or Manager
  • Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in a financial sector
  • Having a flexible approach and the ability to persuade and influence others
  • The candidate should have experience in a quick response, highly fluctuating, customer driven industry
  • Experience of managing internal stakeholders
