Customer Service Officer – Financial Services

Monday to Friday. No weekends. 

We work with over 50 of the world’s leading brands across multiple sectors to supercharge their customer service.



Role details

Start date before Christmas. 

In this role you will handle customers within our financial services business stream. If you have previous experience as a customer service advisor, call centre agent, customer service representative, or have worked in a banking role, then this role will be ideal for you. You will be taking queries over the phone, emailing secure messages, and manual letters.

You will work three months in the office and after that have the opportunity to work from home.

You will receive full paid training on our systems, products, and call handling.


  • Twelve  months of experience in a call centre,  or financial Services 
  • Ability to adapt and learn
  • Communication and listening skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of UK Savings / Mortgage business is desirable


  • Assist customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls from both existing and prospective customers 
  • Build rapport with empathy and care
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Achieve assigned key performance indicators / targets
  • Navigate between different computer systems
