Our client, a unique financial services organisation, are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their busy and friendly teams on a 12 month contract.
A typical day will see you handling calls and dealing with queries regarding payments, setting up new accounts, making changes to direct debits, closing accounts and many more. You will also be corresponding with clients over the phone, webchat/email and managing postal correspondence.
As you can imagine no two days are ever the same in this fast-paced environment and you will need to be be able to adapt your approach to suit each customer's individual needs.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills including Excel
- The ability to multi-task
- An empathetic and professional approach
- To want to be part of a great team
Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. After an extensive office-based training period there will be the opportunity to spend part of your time working from home.
