With exciting growth plans and serious investment in the sales function, they are looking for an Enterprise SDR who can not only come in and generate outstanding opportunities for the sales team, but has a desire to grow into team leadership!

The Role:

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Enterprise Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, researching and engaging Mid-market and Enterprise business and typically their HR Decision Makers.

Through intelligent questioning, you will need to understand their business challenges and how the solution can be of benefit to them and the wider business. You will then be booking web-based demos for the sales team, some of which you may attend.

The team will continue to grow, and it is expected that within 12-18 months, you will be leading a team of BDR’s.

Skills & experience required:

  • Previous experience in sales / sales generation, demo booking or appointment setting and with large businesses.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales related targets.
  • HR decision maker experience would be desirable but an adaptable approach is critical.
  • Capable of using multi-channel approaches to engagement (Phone, email, social)
  • Hunger and ambition to perform as well as develop yourself.
  • An inquisitive mind. Able to ask the right questions to truly understand the customer.
  • Coachable and driven to achieve.
