We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our ever-growing team. This is an exciting new role for us our company evolves ad.  

This role is an amalgamation of PA, admin, office management and finance assistant duties. The role will cover many different areas of the business and done well, will make a significant impact to the productivity of our team.  

Key role requirements: 

  • Format CVs and candidate/client packs 
  • Support our CEO and COO with their diaries, occasionally organising travel 
  • Manage our credit control  
  • Chase outstanding invoices 
  • Keep our offices well stocked and organised, and take steps to make it a place our team continues to want to spend time in 
  • Support our marketing team with company events and celebrations 
  • Answer the door and welcome guests to our offices 

The qualities we will look for in the successful candidate are: 

  • Excellent Microsoft 365 skills 
  • Sharp attention to detail 
  • Organisation and tidiness is a must 
  • Being a team player 
  • An ability to be a step ahead
