The successful candidate will play a vital role in our client’s Finance Team in Nottingham, in particular the management of invoices on a daily basis.

This is an extremely important role within our client’s business and within the Finance Team in Nottingham.

For the successful candidate, this is an opportunity of a temporary to permanent position.

Finance Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise order invoices
  • Checking sales daily
  • Assisting with purchase ledger
  • Assisting with sales ledger
  • Processing invoices
  • Raising invoices
  • General administrative duties
  • Any other roles as required / requested


The successful Finance Administrator:

  • Have prior Finance Administrator / Finance Assistant experience (desirable)
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office software
  • Have good communication skills
  • Experience in accounting software (desirable)
  • Be a team player
  • General understanding of finance processes (desirable)
  • Be immediately available

Job Offer
