Duties and Responsibilities of the Credit Reporting Analyst will include:

* Present various reports, analysis, and improvement recommendations to the Credit, Billings and Collection team as well as management in order to drive positive change and implement robust procedures to improve credit and cash flow
* Collaborate with and support other departments in improving business practices and processes relating to the credit process
* Identify trends within data sets to drive and impact change and pre-empt recurring invoicing/credit issues moving forward
* Monitor the credit risk and exposure risk of the portfolio via various reporting techniques
* To assist in relationship support work including the preparation of credit applications and credit ratings
* Respond timely to stakeholder verbal and written enquiries ensuring that all relevant information is communicated clearly in line with credit policy
* Obtain and analyse financial, risk and market information
* Implement decision making actions for effective daily workflow management
* Provide commentary and feedback on findings relating to the credit process to team and management

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

* Strong analytical mindset to be able to understand and investigate complex issues in a methodical manner
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and experience of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
* Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate complex information to management and non-credit colleagues
* Ability to work effectively within a team, sharing best practices and fostering a positive team spirit
* A positive ‘can do’ attitude and a self-starter as working as part of a small team
