Our partner is an innovative and ethical manufacturing business who are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to support both their finance and operations team. The role is full time, and office based 5 days a week.

£24k-£26k per annum

23 days AL leave plus bank holidays, rising with service

So what’s the role?

You will provide a range of administrative support to the finance team primarily, and to a lesser extent the operational team. Experience of working in an office environment, ideally providing finance admin support would make you a good candidate.

Experience is not necessarily as important as the person though. You’ll need to be flexible to meet the changing demands of the team, balancing business as usual tasks against challenges the day presents.

Are you the type of person who sees something needing done, and just does it? Managing day to day office functions like ordering stationary, managing petty cash and greeting visitors will all fall under your role on this industrial office site.

Not all team members are based on site, all of the time. Can you communicate virtually over teams and then work independently, without supervision?

Put bluntly, you’ll become that indispensable team member in the office that the business can’t manage without. Knowledge of all administration tasks and systems and helpful to all!
