Job Title: Finance Assistant

Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire

Pay Rate: £23k – £25k, DOE

Contract: Temp to Perm

gap-personnel is currently recruiting for permanent role of Finance Assistant, for one of the leading cleaning services companies in Wantage, Oxfordshire.

As a Finance Assistant you would have an experience in similar role, have strong analytical skills and be detailed oriented individual.

Main Duties as Finance Assistant:

  • Manage the process to request creation of new suppliers where needed
  • Work closely with the plant team and using completed workflows, raise purchase orders in SAP and then raise them to the supplier with supporting documents
  • Work closely with project management team to ensure all capital order workflows are created accurately
  • Received invoices to upload to the project team for approval and then passing them to the accounts payable for payment

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm ( 30 mins unpaid lunch break )

Successful candidates would need to be able to demonstrate knowledge of accounting software, have excellent time management skills and knowledge of bookkeeping.
