Description

The role is incredibly varied, working in a small finance team and reporting directly to the FD and managing the Finance Assistant. The role will incorporate finance management including managing all income, conducting reconciliations (bank, credit cards, etc.), purchase ledger, managing expenditure, making payments by cheque, BACS, credit card and recording on Xero, producing month end financial reports including reconciliations and accruals, and raising invoices.

Other duties will include managing grant applications from start to finish; HR admin such as processing starters and leavers; organising meetings/conferences; and other duties as required.

Profile

Candidates wishing to apply should have:

  • Relevant finance / accounts experience;
  • Willing to support with a wide variety of tasks;
  • The ability to manage multiple work loads;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good computer literacy.

Job Offer

  • c.28-32K
  • 35 days A/L (inc Bank Hols) + discretionary additional Christmas closure days + day off for Birthday
