Location: Warwick (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £45,000-£55,000+ great benefits

Working Hours: 09:00- 17:00 (flexibility required)

As a “Finance Manager,” or a similar level role – you will be responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis, and decision-support information to various business functions of our client to drive performance, you will support the Business Partner in partnering with the management teams of different functions to challenge on financial performance and targets to aid decision making.


Key Responsibilities will include:

·       Performance Management- To support business partnering of the Distribution (Fulfilment) team to assess the options and drivers of current and future performance, to optimise decision-making through the provision of high-quality insights and analysis.

·       Yearly planning & forecasting- To support the planning process including development, analysing, and challenging major assumptions.

·       Strategic Projects-To support projects and review as required by business managers, presenting findings, and making recommendations to support their strategic

·       To link with SHV Energy ensuring accurate & robust consolidated financial reporting from the general ledger in line with deadlines to SHV Energy using SAS BPS for P&L.

·       Supporting the wider finance team by providing mentoring & coaching to more junior members, actively contributing to their development and talent management.


As such, the ideal candidate will have/ be:

·       Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience

·       Proven experience in team management within the financial department

·       Strong project management skills

·       Practical experience in providing financial analysis and support to Business Stakeholders, enabling them to manage performance optimise decision makings

·       Ability to influence others to meet overall objectives through adapting communication styles& managing the expectations of stakeholders
