My client who are a highly reputable and well regarded Financial Planning organisation based in Glasgow are currently seeking an experience IFA Administrator to join their busy and growing team assisting the Financial Planners in the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the support side of Financial planning where my client fully support you in working towards industry exams.

The Job
Day to day IFA administration such as processing new business applications, chasing outstanding information, dealing with external companies as well as assisting the Financial Planners & Paraplanner, collating information for client meetings whilst ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

Requirements

The ideal candidate shall already have experience support advisers within a financial planning or wealth management firm (Min 1.5 years) In addition you should be a quick thinking and dynamic individual, able and confident to work on the front face of the business and to manage high workloads, prioritise and multi task to an excellent standard.
