Do you have previous experience managing SMCR in a HR setting?

We are recruiting for a Head of HR to join our financial services client on a full-time permanent basis.

**This role is based in the office 3 days week**

As HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy, reporting directly to the CEO. This will include underpinning systems and controls in support of key corporate objectives, including organisational development and effectiveness, people management, workforce planning and development, benefits and diversity and inclusion.

Providing strategic leadership on all HR matters, including resourcing and learning, you will manage the HR Department and deliver effective and efficient HR and Payroll services.

Essential previous experience

  • Team Management
  • Managing SMCR 
  • Proven HR experience in financial services
  • A degree and/or HR qualification
  • Strong experience building and maintaining company culture.
  • Able to build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence effectively and quickly.
  • Non-political and able to work at multiple levels.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritise work.
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations and will have a strategic approach to implementing and executing a first-class HR service.
  • Payroll management experience would be advantageous.
