A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Insurance Account Handler working for a thriving Insurance Broker specialising in Commercial Insurance. The primary focus of the role is to provide insurance admin support to the Premier Broker Team, in turn helping them to retain the full portfolio of clients by providing high-quality service during the year as well as preparing a competitive annual renewal proposal. All backed up by exceptional customer service.
  
Job Description:  

  • As the Commercial Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for completing Mid-Term Adjustments accurately
  • The role will involve Claims Handling including claim reporting, repudiation challenges
  • Organising Sub-Contractor/Hire insurance checks
  • The Account Executive role will include Contract Checking – typically JCT/CDM/Collateral Warranties
  • Renewal broking and report writing
  • General admin support for Premier Brokers  

Candidate Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in Commercial Insurance are essential
  • Knowledge of Insurance Codes of Practice, Terms Insurance, commercial insurance
  • Driving licence
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Written and Oral Presentations skills
  • Knowledge of relevant IT systems and Software required to fulfil the role
  • Excellent communication skills

Hours:   Monday – Friday (37 hours with some flexibility when visiting clients within the UK)
