IT Finance Manager – Hybrid 2 days in office. This role will provide financial reporting and analysis to the IT function with a focus on IT operational
costs. The individual will be required to work closely with IT and Finance colleagues, providing business partner support on operational expenditure, ensuring robust accounting practice and driving insightful reporting and analysis.

What you will be doing:
● Provision of Finance Business Partner support to major change programme(s):
● Accurate recording of all costs
● Forecasting of all costs
● Capturing R&O in financial year and over project life
● Ensure costs are correctly classified in accordance to the company Policy
● Support with Finance and Business owners reporting to Steering Committees
● Ad hoc analysis and modelling for IT service function
● Leading process improvement initiatives within IT Finance, often in conjunction with
other finance / non-finance teams
● Coaching of key IT staff and delivery of training session
● Support wider IT finance function on ad hoc tasks as required
Why we’d love you to apply:
● Newly qualified – CIMA/ACCA/ACA
● IT finance experience would be desirable but not a must, a good all work finance
background would be fine
● Strong Excel skills and general communication skills. Work as a team and
independently.
● Worked in project accounting environment. Business partnering experience with
non-financial stakeholders
● Ability to assess the situation and make a decision.
● Be proactive and a can do attitude
● Worked with multiple projects in a large organisation.
● Understanding of accounting for Intangible assets.
