Due to an increase in our client portfolio, we have an exciting position available for an individual to join our business in a Software Support / Trainer role. We are an award-winning software organisation offering bespoke ERP platforms that cover finance, sales etc, working with clients across the ecommerce, retail and Logistics sector. If you have experience as a trainer, or in software / Service Desk / wider IT support then we would love to hear from you.
Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire (commutable from Nottingham, Peterborough, Newark, Leicester, Boston Stamford etc.)
Working arrangements: Hybrid working – 2 days a week from the office – Tuesday & Wednesday at present but the office is open all week therefore you are welcome to come in more if you wish.
Salary: up to £25k base

What you will bring to the role:
You will be an outgoing individual who prides themselves on providing a first-class customer experience. This role would suit someone with a background in software training, application or software support or someone with a background in a more customer service background who has an interest in developing a career in software support or customer success. The most important thing is that you can continue to provide the great service that we are proud to have been recognised for over the last 20 or so years.
You will regularly be required to travel to our customer sites to conduct training and must have access to your own vehicle. All travel expenses will be paid for by the company.
