Customer Banking Advisor

Salary: £9.50PH
Training: 6-Weeks of paid training
Contract: Part-Time Permanent Contract
Hours of Work: 25hrs a week, Monday to Friday 9:30am-2:30pm with Occasional Saturdays
Location: CV3, Coventry


Working as part of the Customer Service team you will be speaking with existing customers of the company about their account queries and helping to answer or assist in the best way possible. Whether that be temporarily freezing/deactivating lost or stolen cards, resetting online banking passwords or helping them update their account details. You will work closely with these customers to deliver the very best level of service possible.
