  • A clear understanding of Cost Value Reporting
  • Experience managing contractors works and packages
  • Cost interrogation experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Reporting arrangements and main contacts
  • Preparing and examination of feasibility studies, preliminary estimates, cost plans, data bases, tender and other analysis
  • Utilise industry software and guidance information such as BCIS and cost publications
  • Control of Pre and Post contract procedures
  • Prepare final accounts and deal with audit procedures
  • Advise on contractual procedures and financial regulations
  • Apply and report on the principles of risk management
  • Ensure that customer requirements are identified and agreed with the client
  • Carry out professional research projects
  • Ensure implementation and compliance of all policies, procedures, and guidelines
