A growing and enormously successful Waste Management service provider is looking to recruit an experienced and talented Business Development Manager. Base salary 35-40k plus a 6k car package, plus an uncapped OTE – circa £25, 000 year 1. NB this business are award winning, growing due to surpassing sales targets, and have defensive USP’s that stand them out from the competition.
My client are a family run award winning business that are now running at close to 100m in annual revenue and have been established for over 60 years. They have a network of offices and depots across major cities in Yorkshire, the North West and the Midlands, and are expanding further due to continued inward investment.
You Will Be Responsible For Selling
This is a new role, joining a growing team. This business have a host of stand out names as clients – the likes of Kelloggs, San Carlo group, NHS, Cross Country Trains and many more. They have been on the BBC for their innovation and growth trajectory, and are cleaning up at award ceremonies. They have tangible USP’s.
Total Waste Management solutions
(using – Porter Packers
Compactors, Bailers etc)
Washroom and Hygiene Services
This business are looking to double in size over the next 3 years and are expanding further North, and further South. As such there are tangible development opportunities if you join them imminently.
Ideal candidates will need previous Waste Management Sales experience, and will need to demonstrate you have a proven track record of results and delivery against sales targets. You will naturally be a go-getter, who is comfortable influencing potential customers and building relationships and negotiating throughout the sales cycle.
Your territory will be Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. Apply asap!!
